About Me

I help people and organisations navigate change and make it stick. Think of it as building bridges into the future—for the mind, the heart, and often, a whole workplace.

Over the last two decades, I’ve worked with leaders and teams across geographies. From sales and marketing in my early days to organisational development now, my journey has been anything but conventional, with its curves and bends.

Along the way, I’ve stumbled into areas of work like digital adoption, entrepreneurial mindsets, scaling up organisations, stories for building values and culture in organisations, the future of work and more. These are not just buzzwords; they are the threads that tie my work and life together, keeping me deeply engaged and curious.

I used to run really long distances. Now I just run Flyntrok, alongside some immensely talented folks, a firm immersed in solving deeply rooted change challenges that don’t come with instruction manuals. Think messy, complex, and profoundly human. Sure, I dip into several modern day tools but let’s be honest: it’s the conversations that make the magic happen.

When I’m not orchestrating organisational epiphanies, you’ll find me speaking on stages across geographies, teaching at a top-tier business school, soaking into a culture in a neighbourhood somewhere in the world, or getting lost in a bookstore. Speaking of which, strong coffee and simple conversations are my natural habitat. Add a dash of curiosity, and you’ve got the recipe for how I approach life.

This website? It’s part portfolio, part diary, and part treasure hunt. It’s evolved from earlier versions like Kavi’s Musings and In Fool Bloom, which started as blogs and grew into websites where I began blogging back in the early 2000s, reflecting the changing landscapes of my life and work.

You’ve probably stumbled here through a profile, a conversation, or a piece of writing. Think of it as an imperfect space that offers a glimpse of what lies within—ideas, reflections, and a bit of a fellow traveller holding up views through a cracked lens.

I live in Mumbai. A city that even If you choose to escape its pace, you cannot but notice its remarkable people. It’s a place where everyday ambition meets serenity, making it perfect for shaping thoughts and work. Thanks for stopping by. If this piqued your interest, great! If not, there’s always coffee—and maybe a cracked lens to find your own view.
