A few things that tend to catch my interest:

• Change projects. The properly knotty kind, culture, leadership, the shifts that refuse to go to plan. Most of this work lives at Flyntrok, where you’ll find far more than I could sensibly fit here.
• Speaking. Events, seminars, conferences. When the theme and the room feel right, there’s little I enjoy more than a good question and where it leads.
• Guest columns. If your publication has a corner for something on leadership, change or a curious life, I’m always interested in the right fit.
• Podcasts. I like a proper conversation, so if the shape of the show suits, do ask.
• Or just a word. If something here stirred a thought and a comment under a single post doesn’t quite fit, this is the place to leave it. A quiet back-channel, always open.
